Convenience-wise, you're just a short stroll away from Unicentro - can't beat that! the room was super comfy, plus it had a handy kitchenette 🍳.

No cleaning on Sundays. Unbelieveble for that category of hotels. Toilettes were not working correctly and no one cared. Elevator didn´t work during two days. Tried to extend my reservation on a Saturday and was told that until Monday they would not be able to do anything... and of course on Monday there was no rooms available at the same price so I was invited to go to Booked.net to try to get something... amazing. Room windows were not soundproof and a lot of noise came from the yard...

The service was soso. The apartment the same. Really cold at night and you could hear every single thing outside all night. The cleaning was not good and the entire standard was of a european two star hotel. The price is to high and there is not so much to do in that part of Bogota. Two weeks after our stay it seems like the hotel is trying to take money from our credit card without talking to us first. Really this hotel is not worth staying at. Choose another hotel for a good stay in a beautiful city.

The bathrooms are fairly clean, making it a perfect stay here.

Good location, nice and confortable room, safe place, very good cleaning.

I did not like the shower place. I was at room 334 and the floor has a big slope which make the floor very dangerous and people might fall specially when using the shampoo, conditioner or the soap. It is recommended to provide an slip proof carpet to avoid people to have an accident.

We stayed for 9 days here and everything was really good. The location is awesome, super close to the city center, a big mall, and lots of great restaurants. It was a very comfy stay 😊.

The staff was very good and we were close to our friends that were getting married.

It is too expensive for what you get, it is too old and badly maintained, the hot water was not working, the sauna was broken, and breakfast was poor. I will never go back there and either recommend to my enemies.

Magnificent and incredible location, an easy walk to everywhere. A lot of food at the breakfast, including slices of fresh bread, pastries, pancakes, fresh fruit and eggs.

The location here is fantastic, being very close to Unicentro and right next to the main restaurant; also, within walking distance, there are shopping malls and various restaurants, which is very convenient.

Superb location close to major malls, cinemas, restaurants, etc. Quiet and peaceful, with magnificent huge internal courtyard design, like an ancient Italian or Spanish castle-village. Superb dining, outstanding staff, great gym, excellent communications, no unpleasant surprises. Will go back again and again.

everything was great with absolutely perfect rooms. overall particularly nice breakfast with of course, more than adequate selections plus excellant coffee and great service.

The rooms here are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, and the staff is friendly and professional, the food is fantastic, and the location is wonderful, near a large shopping mall and very close to Unicentro.
